Plopii — Paraxanthine Nootropic Pouches, Energy Drinks & Migraine Medication

What is paraxanthine?

Paraxanthine (1,7-dimethylxanthine, C7H8N4O2, MW 180.16 g/mol) is the primary active metabolite of caffeine. When you drink coffee, roughly 84% of the caffeine you ingest is converted to paraxanthine in the liver via the CYP1A2 enzyme. Paraxanthine is what actually delivers most of caffeine’s desirable effects — alertness, focus, mental energy — with a cleaner side-effect profile: no peripheral vasoconstriction, lower jitter, and less tolerance build-up than caffeine itself. Frequently asked

Is paraxanthine safe? Paraxanthine has been the subject of multiple human pharmacokinetic and safety studies and has GRAS (Generally Recognized As Safe) self-affirmed status from independent toxicology panels for use in dietary supplements at the doses Plopii formulates. Always consult your physician before use, especially if pregnant, nursing, taking medications, or under medical care. These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA.

Where do you ship? Plopii ships across the United States with free standard shipping on orders over $45. See the FAQ / Help Center for full shipping, return, and warranty details.

How is Plopii different from regular caffeine? Caffeine itself causes jitters, peripheral vasoconstriction (which is counterproductive for headache relief), and rapid tolerance development. Paraxanthine bypasses these issues while still delivering caffeine’s desirable cognitive effects — the result is what users describe as “clean energy.”
